From 2009 to 2020, after 14 years of development, "Quanwei Plastic completed the strategic upgrade from Dongguan Quanwei to Huizhou Quanwel, and invested a total of 80 milion yuan to build Huizhou Quanwei Plastic Products Co.. Ltd.
The company strictly follows the production standards of food-grade plastic packaging. and is carefully planned and designed by the expert team of Guangzhou Food Packaging Research institute. lt has built a 100,000 square meters high-eficiency filtration dust-free purification workshop and a medical-grade packaging clean purification workshop. In addition, the new production workshop is equipped with a central CNC integrated feeding system, andthe first fully automatic die head EVOH high-barrier five-layer co-extrusion sheet machine in China has been intro-duced, equipped with fully automatic same-serving cup making machine, fully automatic injection molding machine, fully automatic blister machine and fully automatic stacking manipulator and other highly automated equipment to achieve unmanned assembly line production.
The company has passed ls0 9001 and FSSC 22000 certifications and obtained the highest standard certification for food-grade plastic packaging, ensuring that its products meet international food safety requirements.
